Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement that governs your participation in THE CODE Player Program ("CODE Player Program") and all rewards, offers, free slot credit ("Codeplay"), complimentaries and redemptions associated therewith (collectively, "CODE Player Benefits"). Please read the following Terms carefully as they set forth your rights and obligations with respect to participation in the CODE Player Program. Enrollment in the CODE Player Program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll or participate in the CODE Player Program.

  1. Eligibility for the CODE Player Program
1.1 Membership in the CODE Player Program is available to any individual person that (i) is twenty-one (21) years of age or older; (ii) is a resident of a country that legally permits participation in the CODE Player Program; (iii) possesses valid and unexpired government-issued photo identification ("ID"); (iv) is not ineligible to play at a casino facility in the United States or elsewhere, either through a government program and/or by their own request; and (v) has not been terminated from the CODE Player Program or barred from any SLS Property or other sbe properties.
1.2 Acceptable forms of ID include the following: State issued Driver's License, Government Issued Passport, State issued ID or a Military ID.
1.3 Directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives of SLS Las Vegas as well as directors, officers, employee, agents and representatives of sbe who are permanently or temporarily assigned to the SLS Las Vegas and the immediate family and household members of the above-mentioned persons, whether related or not, are not eligible to be a member in the CODE Player Program. "Immediate family" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, spouses or cohabitating significant others. "Household members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.
1.4 The CODE Player Program is limited to individuals only; corporations, associations, groups and other entities are not eligible to enroll or participate in the CODE Player Program.
1.5 SLS Las Vegas may elect to modify, waive or add additional eligibility requirements of the CODE Player Program at any time at its discretion.
  1. Joining the CODE Player Program
2.1 Eligible individuals may sign up for the CODE Player Program at THE CODE desk located in the SLS Las Vegas, online at slsvegas.com or at another authorized registration location. Limit one (1) CODE Player Program account ("CODE Player Account") per individual. SLS Las Vegas reserves the right to deny any application for membership in the CODE Player Program at its sole discretion and without recourse.
2.2 To sign up for the CODE Player Program, you will be required to provide the following information:
  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • ZIP code
2.3 For eligibility verification purposes, activation of membership in the CODE Player Program can only occur following the presentation of valid ID. The name issued on the valid ID must match the name on the CODE Player Account. If you sign up online, please note that your CODE Player Program card ("CODE Card") will only be issued and CODE Player Benefits can only be accrued and redeemed after verification of eligibility by an authorized SLS Las Vegas representative on property.
2.4 Upon membership activation, each CODE Player Program member must select a Personal Identification Number ("PIN") for his/her CODE Player Account. It is each member's responsibility to keep that PIN secure and confidential. Each member is also responsible for all transactions on his/her CODE Player Account when his/her PIN is used. Valid ID must be presented at THE CODE desk located in the SLS Las Vegas to change a PIN.
2.5 CODE Player Accounts may be linked between two (2) eligible members of the CODE Player Program who reside at the same address. Both members must be present at THE CODE desk located in the SLS Las Vegas and be in possession of valid ID when requesting their CODE Player Accounts be linked. Only one (1) member is required to unlink the CODE Player Accounts. When a CODE Player Account is unlinked, SLS Las Vegas will determine how the balance of any CODEplay points then accrued under the linked account will be shared between the unlinked accounts at its discretion and will make other modifications or updates to the CODE Player Accounts as SLS Las Vegas determines are necessary in connection with the unlinking.
2.6 Each member of a linked CODE Player Account will have their own CODE Player Account number, CODE Player Account profile and CODE Card. Any modifications to a member's CODE Player Account profile must be made by that individual. However, both members may receive complimentaries, depending on the offer, based on linked play (combined game play).
2.7 CODE Player Accounts cannot otherwise be combined among CODE Player Program members, their estates, successors or assigns.
  1. THE CODE Card
3.1 The CODE Card is non-transferable, is the property of SLS Las Vegas and must be surrendered upon request.
3.2 Only the member listed on the CODE Player Account may request information about or engage in transactions related to a CODE Card or a CODE Player Account. It is each member's responsibility to notify SLS Las Vegas if any information provided in connection with their membership in the CODE Player Program has changed.
3.3 Any CODE Card that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, or obtained under fraudulent circumstances, as determined by SLS Las Vegas at its sole discretion, is automatically void and any or all CODE Player Benefits will be cancelled.
  1. Rules of Usage
4.1 Prior to engaging in game play, it is each member's responsibility to properly enter his/her CODE Player Account number in the SLS Las Vegas iGaming login, insert the CODE Card into the card reader on the gaming device, and/or present the CODE Card to a Pit Supervisor.
4.2 Any member that has any outstanding debt balances with SLS Las Vegas (e.g., non-sufficient funds for a check cashed or casino credit not paid) may have all CODE Player Benefits forfeited at the sole discretion of SLS Las Vegas until all discrepancies have been remedied.

  1. Earning and Redeeming CODE Player Benefits
5.1 The CODE Player Program currently does not have a traditional tiered program where members accrue benefits and progress in membership level according to predefined criteria. All rewards, offers, complimentaries and redemptions will be awarded at the sole discretion of SLS Las Vegas based on various factors, which include, but are not limited to, a member's average bet, time played and overall performance.
5.2 CODE Player Program members earn one (1) CODEplay point for every: (i) $1.50 of coin-in played on reel or video slots; (ii) $5.00 of coin-in played on video poker; and (iii) $15 of coin-in played on specialty video poker games. One CODEplay point equals one (1) cent ($.01). No CODEplay points will be earned on any free slot play coupons, promotional credits or free play downloaded to slot machines. CODEplay points expire eighteen (18) months from the day on which they are earned.
5.3 CODE Player Program members cannot earn CODEplay points or any other CODE Player Benefits if their CODE Card is used by another individual.
5.4 All CODEplay point accumulations are subject to review and verification by SLS Las Vegas management. SLS Las Vegas reserves the right to adjust CODEplay point balances for any reason, including, without limitation, computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the CODE Player Program.
5.5 CODE Player Program members are required to present valid ID bearing the same name on record for his/her CODE Card in order to redeem CODE Player Benefits. Redemption of CODE Player Benefits are subject to limitations determined at the sole discretion of SLS Las Vegas.
5.6 CODE Player Benefits are non-transferable under any circumstances, including, without limitation, in the event of death, a domestic relations matter or by operation of law, and cannot be combined among members unless their CODE Player Accounts are linked.
5.7 The CODE Card, CODE Player Account and CODE Player Benefits cannot be sold, purchased, traded, or bartered
5.8 CODE Player Benefits are not redeemable for cash and CODEplay points have no cash value.
5.9 Any CODE Player Benefits that have been forged, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, or obtained under fraudulent circumstances, as determined by SLS Las Vegas at its sole discretion, are automatically void and any or all CODE Player Benefits will be cancelled.
5.10 Each member is solely responsible for any tax liability resulting from his/her participation in the CODE Player Program.
  1. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Except where prohibited, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the CODE Player Program or any CODE Player Benefits shall be resolved shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively under NRS 463.362, or if determined by the Nevada Gaming Commission or Nevada State Gaming Control Board not to be subject to NRS 463.362, then by the United States District Court, District of Nevada or the appropriate Nevada State Court located in Clark County, Nevada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the terms & conditions of CODE Player Program, or the rights and obligations of CODE Player Program members and SLS Las Vegas in connection with the CODE Player Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada.
6.2 LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SLS LAS VEGAS OR ITS RELATED COMPANIES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OR ITS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, AGENCIES, SUPPLIERS, AND OTHER COMPANIES INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OR EXECUTION OF THE CODE PLAYER PROGRAM OR THE PRODUCTION OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE CODE PLAYER PROGRAM MATERIALS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASEES") BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF SUCH RELEASEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CODE PLAYER PROGRAM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE CODE PLAYER PROGRAM OR THESE TERMS IS TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PROGRAM. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CODE PLAYER PROGRAM, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CODE PLAYER PROGRAM.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, IN NO EVENT SHALL RELEASEES' CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE TOTAL PAYMENTS RECEIVED FROM YOU BY THE RELEASEES DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD OR $100. FURTHERMORE, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE CODE PLAYER PROGRAM OR THESE TERMS MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE PERMANENTLY BARRED.

In some jurisdictions limitations of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
6.3 6.3 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, THE RELEASEES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL EXPRESS, STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REGARDING THE CODE PLAYER PROGRAM, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, AND ANY WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCURACY RELIABILITY, CORRECTNESS OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, SERVICES OR OTHER MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE CODE PLAYER PROGRAM .

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

  1. Modifications to the CODE Player Program and General Conditions
7.1 SLS Las Vegas reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notification, to cancel, revoke, amend or modify: (i) the CODE Player Program; (ii) any CODE Player Program member's membership status, including, without limitation, access to the CODE Player Program; and (iii) the accrual, availability and redemption of any CODE Player Benefits.
7.2 SLS Las Vegas may change or update these Terms at any time. You can identify the date that these Terms were last updated by looking at the date at the top of these Terms. Any revisions to these Terms will take effect upon posting to the CODE Player Program website. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms either by sending an email to the email address that you provided to us and/or by placing a notice on the CODE Player Program website. We encourage you to regularly review the current version of these Terms on the CODE Player Program website. Continued participation in the CODE Player Program following posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms then in effect.
7.3 The decisions of SLS Las Vegas as to the administration and operation of the CODE Player Program, any changes to these Terms and the provision of CODE Player Benefits is final and binding.
7.4 SLS Las Vegas's rights and obligations under these Terms are assignable at any time and to any entity without notification.
7.5 Violation of these Terms, including, without limitation, fraud, misrepresentation, misuse of the CODE Card, CODE Player Benefits or other improper conduct, as determined by SLS Las Vegas at its sole discretion, may subject the CODE Player Program member to termination or suspension from the CODE Player Program and/or legal action by SLS Las Vegas or applicable governmental authorities. In addition, SLS Las Vegas reserves the right to initiate legal action to recover damages, including attorneys' fees, incurred to prosecute or defend any action related to such wrongful conduct.
7.6 Membership in the CODE Player Program does not confer any vested property or enforceable contract rights to CODE Player Benefits.
7.7 By enrolling in the CODE Player Program and obtaining a CODE Card, members also acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions applicable to the entire CODE program, which may include components from other sbe venues outside of the SLS Las Vegas.
7.8 SLS Las Vegas is not responsible for products or services offered by other companies in connection with the CODE Player Program.
7.9 If for any reason a valid CODE Player Benefit that was issued to a CODE Player Program member is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, destroyed or improperly denied, SLS Las Vegas may re-issue the CODE Player Benefit or a comparable CODE Player Benefit at its sole discretion. In no event shall SLS Las Vegas be obligated to re-issue a CODE Player Benefit or liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, lost revenue or profits allegedly arising from participation in the CODE Player Program.
7.10 By enrolling in the CODE Player Program online, members consent to having their name and personal information shared with other parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://thecode.sbe.com/privacy, which is incorporated herein by reference, and to receive promotional and informational communications from SLS Las Vegas, its affiliates and other strategic partners, including, without limitation, a monthly newsletter regarding THE CODE.
7.11 CODE Player Program members may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from SLS Las Vegas by contacting by contacting us as described in Section 7.13 below. If applicable and appropriate, your requested change will be made to the CODE Player Program's active databases within a reasonable timeframe. In order to access certain benefits and features, certain requests may not be able to be fulfilled. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, you may continue to receive certain communications, such as transactional, customer service or other relationship messages, messages about your account and profile, and emails in response to communications or requests for information received from you. Please also note that your personal information may not be able to be removed from the databases of third parties to whom your personal information has already been provided as of the date of your opt-out request.
7.12 Members further acknowledge and agree that all communications with SLS Las Vegas arising from or related to the CODE Player Program may be monitored for quality assurance purposes.
